The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last 10 years, with specific requirements as follows: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the work put to bid. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender, should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation or a Central/State Public Sector undertaking. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organizations, which must be duly incorporated entities. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder's past experience will be evaluated based on the cost of work, which means the gross value of the completed work by single/multiple contracts/orders of a single project, satisfactorily completed, including the cost of material issued/provided/supplied by the department/client. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of works is as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between - on pro-rata basis The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years. The values and percentages mentioned for similar works completed are: - 30% of the cost of the work put to bid for three similar works. - 40% of the cost of the work put to bid for two similar works. - 60% of the cost of the work put to bid for one similar completed work. - 30% of the estimated cost put to tender for at least one completed work of similar nature with a Central/State Government Organisation or a Central/State Public Sector undertaking.
