The bidder should have prior work experience in executing similar projects, with specific requirements including: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual values at 7% per year calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of tenders. Additionally, the bidder should have average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2023 or latest on construction work, which should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender, and solvency of minimum 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should also have experience in works similar to the one being bid for various personnel, including Graduate Engineer (Civil), Diploma Engineer (Civil), Diploma Engineer (Electrical), and Work Supervisor, with specific requirements for each. The performance certificate should be clear and exhaustive enough to establish similarity with the work under Bid. The bidder should also submit a work experience certificate, which should contain details of the work executed, including the name of the project, scope of work, cost of the project, and completion value. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last ten years.
