The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the cost of work put to bid - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the cost of work put to bid - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the cost of work put to bid At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organisations. The bidder should have successfully completed similar single/multiple contracts/orders of a particular project during the last ten years. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have at least one completed work of similar nature, which is "Construction of C.C. Road", costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have average annual financial turnover during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2024 on construction work, which should be at least 30% of the project cost put to tender. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the estimated cost put to tender for similar work - 30% of the project cost put to tender for average annual financial turnover - 40% of the cost put to tender for solvency - 60% of the cost of work put to bid for one similar completed work - 40% of the cost of work put to bid for two similar works - 30% of the cost of work put to bid for three similar works
