The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in executing and completing projects of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The bidder should have completed similar works, with at least one completed work of similar nature executed with a Central/ State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have experience in "R.C.C. Framed Structure Building Works" and should submit a performance report, which can be rated as Very Good/Good/Fair/Poor. The performance certificate should be clear and exhaustive enough to establish similarity with the work under Bid. The required prior work experience can be demonstrated through: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder should submit a list of similar works executed during the last 10 years, along with supporting documents such as performance certificates. The bidder's available Bid Capacity shall be assessed using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = 2 x A x N – B, where A is the Maximum turnover during the last five financial years (corrected to the current level of value), N is the stipulated period of execution of the work for which the tender is invited in years, and B is the value of existing commitments to be completed during the execution period of the bid. The turnover shall be corrected to the current level of value by multiplying with the updation factor given, with a maximum escalation/enhance factor of 1.28 for the financial year 2019-2020.
