The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. - One similar work, costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organisations. The value of executed works/turnover should be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at a rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The similar work refers to construction works of "RCC Framed /Load Bearing Structure, Building Works" or "RCC Framed Structure". The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid (for three similar works or one work with a Central/State Government Organisation) - 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid (for two similar works) - 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid (for one similar work) - 7% per annum at a simple rate (for enhancing the actual value of executed works/turnover)
