The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with some Central/ State Government Organisation, costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The similar work shall mean Construction of “RCC Framed Structure Building Work” as described, specifically Construction of “RCC Framed Structure Building Work (G+5) or Six Storey including Basement, Stilt Floor etc in any project." The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last Ten years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid (for three similar works) - 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid (for two similar works) - 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid (for one similar work) - 30% of the estimated cost put to tender (for at least one work with Central/ State Government Organisation) - 7% per annum (for enhancing the actual value of executed works/turnover)
