The required prior work experience for the bidder includes execution of works of similar nature, such as construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the cost of work put to bid. - Two similar works, costing not less than 40% of the cost of work put to bid. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 60% of the cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organizations, with certificates supported by Form 26AS/TDS certificate. The value of executed works/turnover should be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at a rate of 7% per annum. The bidder is required to submit a list of similar works executed during the last 10 years, along with supporting documents such as performance certificates. The performance certificate should be clear and exhaustive enough to establish similarity with the work under bid. For works costing more than 10 Cr, the bidder must secure at least 50 percent marks in each evaluation criterion and 60 percent marks in aggregate to become eligible for shortlisting. The bidder needs to provide details of their experience in the prescribed formats, including the estimated cost, actual completion cost, and performance report of their previous projects. The performance report should be rated as Very Good/Good/Fair/Poor, and the bidder should have completed similar projects with high standards of workmanship within the specified cost. The bidder's experience and capability will be evaluated based on their past record and successful completion of similar projects.
