The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in executing similar type of works, specifically in construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 10 years. The completed works should satisfy one of the following conditions: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of the work put to bid At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with a Central/ State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organisations. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate.
