The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last seven years, satisfying one of the following conditions: (i) Three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the cost of work put to bid, (ii) Two similar works costing not less than 60% of the cost of work put to bid, (iii) One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of work put to bid. Additionally, the bidder should furnish a certificate of successfully completed similar works in "Access controlled campuses" amounting to not less than 40% of the tender cost for any Central/State Government Organisation/Central Autonomous Body/Central/State Public Sector undertaking/Nigam during the last seven years. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value of work at the rate of 7% per annum. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with some Central/State Government Organisation/Central Autonomous Body/Central/State Public Sector undertaking/Nigam, costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder is required to submit details of similar works executed in Form-III, including the name of the work/project, location, nature of work, estimated cost, actual completion cost, and performance report. The performance report should be rated as Very Good/Good/Fair/Poor. The required percentages and amounts of similar works completed are: - 40% of the cost of work put to bid for three similar works, - 60% of the cost of work put to bid for two similar works, - 80% of the cost of work put to bid for one similar completed work, - 40% of the tender cost for similar works in "Access controlled campuses".
