The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years. The bidder should have completed similar works satisfying either of the following: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. For the given estimated cost of the work, which is Rs 307.40 Lakh, the conditions can be calculated as: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of Rs 307.40 Lakh, which is Rs 92.22 Lakh, or - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of Rs 307.40 Lakh, which is Rs 122.96 Lakh. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with some Central/ State Government Organisation, costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience should satisfy the requirements of the above-mentioned conditions with works successfully executed for reputed private organisations.
