The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the cost of the work put to bid. - Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the work put to bid. - One similar work, costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid. At least one completed work of a similar nature should have been executed with a Central/State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The remaining work experience can be with reputed private organisations. The bidder should have experience of execution of works of similar nature, including construction, supply, installation, testing, and successful commissioning. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at a rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the project cost put to tender during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 31.03.2024 on construction work. The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding shall be more than the total estimated cost of the work for which the tender is invited, calculated using the formula (A*N*M)-B. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the cost of the work put to bid for three similar works. - 40% of the cost of the work put to bid for two similar works. - 60% of the cost of the work put to bid for one similar work. - 30% of the estimated cost put to tender for at least one completed work with a Central/State Government Organisation. - 7% per annum at a simple rate for enhancing the actual value of executed works/turnover. - 30% of the project cost put to tender for minimum average annual financial turnover during the last 3 consecutive financial years.
