The bidder is required to have prior work experience in works similar to "Completed, tested, and commissioned works of piped water supply scheme and its associated infrastructure works." The required prior work experience includes: * Three similar completed, tested, and commissioned works, each costing not less than 30% of the cost of the work put to bid. * Two similar completed, tested, and commissioned works, costing not less than 40% of the cost of the work put to bid. * One similar completed, tested, and commissioned work, costing not less than 60% of the cost of the work put to bid. The bidder should have successfully completed and commissioned similar works during the last ten years as of the date of publication of the NIT. The value of turnover on construction works should be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual values at 7% per year, calculated from the date of completion to the date of publication of the NIT. Additionally, the bidder should provide information on works executed in the past, including estimated cost, contract value, and final contract value. A performance report with a rating of Very Good/Good/Fair/Poor should also be provided. For personnel capabilities, the bidders must have qualified employed personnel to fill certain positions, with recommended numbers and total experience requirements as follows: - Graduate Engineer (Civil): 5 years total experience, 1 year in a similar position - Graduate Engineer (E&M): 5 years total experience, 1 year in a similar position - Diploma Engineer (Civil): 5 years total experience, 1 year in a similar position - Diploma Engineer (E&M/SCADA Spcl.): 5 years total experience, 1 year in a similar position - Supervisor: 7 years total experience, 2 years in a similar position - Plumber/Fitter/Welder: 7 years total experience, 2 years in a similar position - Foreman: 5 years total experience, 2 years in a similar position
