The United Nations Office At Nairobi (unon) Invites Suitably Qualified Civil Engineering Construction Firm/s To Submit Their Expression Of Interest (eoi) To Participate In The Upcoming Competitive Biding Exercise For Phase 3 Design And Construction Services To Renovate Internal Roads And Associated Car Parking Lots Together With Footpaths, Bikeways And Street Lighting At The Unon Complex, Gigiri. The Firm Is Required To Have Experience In Construction Within The Following Discipline; Civil Engineering Road Construction And Renovation. Subsequent To The Closing Date Of This Eoi, Unon Intends To Issue A Formal Solicitation Document To Potential Companies Who Have Expressed Interest To Provide The Services In Accordance With The Requirements That Will Be Fully Speficied In The Solicitation Document. The Complete Details Of Qualification Requirements Will Be Provided In The Solicitation Document. Given The Nature Of The Works, It Is Expected That The Construction Firm Should Be Well Equipped To Carry Out Construction Activities In The Civil Engineering Discipline.the Lead Company/firm Shall Comply With All Requirements Related To The Construction Industry As Stipulated By The Government Of Kenya, I.e. Amongst Others, Registration With Kenya's National Construction Authority (nca) Under Road Works Category. Unon Reserves The Right To Change Or Cancel The Requirement Of This Eoi At Any Time During The Eoi And/or Solicitation Process. Thus, Submitting A Reply To This Reoi Does Not Automatically Guarantee Your Company Will Be Considered For Receipt Of The Solicitation When Issued. Only Vendors Which In Un's Sole Discrition Are Deemed Eligible And Qualified Upon Completion Of An Objective Evaluation Of Their Eoi Submissions May Receive The Final Tender Solicitation Documents.
