Clearing Costs Insurance For The Total Value Of The Vehicles Including The Shipping Costs  $200,000 Loading And Off Loading All Document And Licences. 1 Months Of Storage Costs If Applicable And Only Charged For The Actual Days Stored. A Contact For Possible Updates When Required     Priority Of Service: The Contractor Will Provide Services To The Icc On A Priority Basis.   Company Contact: The Court Requires Provision Of A Point Of Contact At Both The Beginning And Terminating Point For The Consignment.  The Contact Information Should Include A Name, Phone Number (office & Mobile), Fax Number And E-mail Address.   Packaging: The Contractor Will Provide Packaging Necessary To Effect Safe Transportation To The Ultimate Destination Without Loss Or Damage.   Scope Of Charges: The Vendor Should Indicate In Their Offer For Sea And Surface Freight By Location For:             All Agency Fee(s)             Packing Costs And Arrangements             Minimum Charges (for Each Service)             Customs Documentation             All Storage Charges             Demurrage Charges             Any Other Charges (please List)     Duties Of The Freight Forwarding Agent: Prepare The Necessary Paperwork To Ensure Effective Movement Of The Consignment. Schedule The Movement Of The Consignment Collection And Storage Of Goods Dedicated Contact Point For Consignment Tracking Assist With Arrangements For The Secure Packing.
