The Office Of The United Nations High Commissioner For Refugees (unhcr) In Baghdad, Iraq, Invites Qualified Private Security Companies Duly Registered With The Government Of Iraq And Licensed By The Ministry Of Interior To Provide Security Services, To Make A Firm Proposal For The Establishment Of A Frame Agreement For The provision Of “armed” And “unarmed” Security Services, At The Unhcr Office Villa In Baghdad Green Zone. (referred To Hereinafter As Services). The “armed” And “unarmed” Security Services Will Be Provided By Only One Company Under One Frame Agreement (primary Contractor). Unhcr Intends To Sign A Similar/ Second Frame Agreement With A Second Company As A Back-up Contractor. The Services Of The Back-up Contractor Will Be Used By Unhcr Only When The Primary Contractor Is Unable To Meet Unhcr Needs Or Fail To Satisfactorily Implement The Frame Agreement.
