The Graham Cluster Is A General Purpose Resource For Researchers From Across Canada.  It Supports A Very Wide Range Of Codes With Very Diverse Performance Profiles.  The Cluster And Storage Are Configured To Run All Planned Workloads Reasonably Well But It Is Not Intended To Be Optimized For Any Specific Subset Of Codes Or Users.  Another Rfp Has Been Issued To Replace The Storage. An Addendum To This Rfp Will Be Posted On May 6th Once The Hardware Details For The Replacement Storage Is Known. Accelerated Codes That Make Use Of Gpu Cards Include The Standard Ai/ml Workloads But Md Codes (e.g.namd And Gromacs) Make Up The Majority Of The Demand.  At Any Given Time, The Cluster Will Be Executing A Mixture Of Cpu-only And Gpu Accelerated, Serial And Mpi, Small And Large Memory, Data Intensive And Interactive Jobs.
