The University Of The Philippines Manila – Philippine General Hospital (upm-pgh), Through The General Appropriations Act Cy 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (php2,580,000.00), Inclusive Of All Taxes, Such As, But Not Limited To, Value Added Tax (vat), Income Tax, Local Taxes, And Other Fiscal Levies, Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicines – Vaccines- Rebid Under Project Reference No.:, Pur23-04-0284. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Up-pgh Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within The Period Stated In Section Vi, Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
