Description Proposed Sewer Line Interconnections, University Of The Philippines Manila 1. The University Of The Philippines Manila (upm), Through The Upm Funds, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifteen Million Four Hundred Seventy-three Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-four Pesos And Two Centavos (php15,473,794.02) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract To Payments Under The Contract For The Proposed Sewer Line Interconnections, University Of The Philippines Manila Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The University Of The Philippines Manila Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of Works Required Is Within Two Hundred Eighty (280) Calendar Days Reckoned From The Date Of Acceptance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
