On The 2nd Floor, There Is An External Plant Space That Contains 3no Ahus, Several Ac Condensers And A Bms Outstation. The Bms Control Cabling Emanating From The Outstation In The Plant Space Is Deteriorating. The Outer Protective Sheath Is Crumbling And Exposing The Cores Within To The Outside Elements. To Avoid The Premature Failure Of The Cabling And Subsequently The Control System The University Would Like To Replace The Cabling
