Wz: 5.1. The subject of the Order is: "renovation and renovation of the internal walls of the ground floor of the Kórnik Castle (kórnik, ul. Zamkowa 5) - Stage V". 5.2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order - Documentation constituting Appendix No. 2, 2a, 3, 4 to the Swz. 5.3. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the selected contractor will be required to prepare and submit to the contracting authority, without separate remuneration (apart from the one provided for in the offer), as-built documentation and an as-built cost estimate. 5.4. During the performance of the contract, the selected Contractor should be insured against civil liability in the scope of the activity related to the subject of the contract under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract. 5.5. The performance of the Subject of the Contract will take place in a functioning building (library, museum, residential functions). Therefore, the Contractor may carry out works related to the Subject of the Contract on working days from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 4:00 pm. Working days are understood as days from Monday to Friday, excluding days falling on non-working days specified in the provision of Art. 1 Sec. 1 of the Act of January 18, 1951 on Public Holidays (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1920) and Days Recognized as Public Holidays at the Employer's. The Employer allows other hours and dates for the Contractor to carry out the Works after informing him in writing and expressing consent to perform the Works at other times and dates. 5.6. Noisy and strenuous works should be carried out in a way that is as unobtrusive as possible for people working or living in the building and in compliance with the good neighborly rules. The Contractor shall inform the Users of the Building appropriately in advance, at least one working day, by posting notices on each used floor, specifying the expected hours and deadlines for performing particularly noisy or strenuous works. 5.7. The Employer requires at least a 60-month warranty period for the performed works, consisting in making, as part of the contractual remuneration (indicated in the Offer), the repair of any faults and defects arising during the warranty period, counted from the date of signing the defect-free final acceptance protocol of the works, referred to in § 9 sec. 4 of the Draft Agreement Provisions. 5.8. The Employer does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform any of the Key Tasks related to contracts for construction works or services constituting the subject of the contract.
