The University Of Huddersfield Intends To Implement A Single System For Student Placement Management. There Are Several Systems Already In Use Across The Institution Which Will Be Replaced By The Single Procured Solution. The Single System Will Achieve The Following Outcomes: - Replace Manual Placement Activity With A Systemised Process - Deliver A Business-wide Solution Using A Centralised System - Deliver Operational Dashboards To Facilitate Day To Day Placement Management Implementation Of A University Wide Placement Management System To Increase The Efficiency Of The Administration Of Placement Opportunities. The Following Objectives Have Been Identified: - Procurement Of A Suitable Commercial Off The Shelf (cots) Placement System developed For Higher Education Usage - Development, Customisation, And Implementation Of The System In A Phased Rollout - Support A Standardised Process For Placement Management Across The University Which Includes Automating Parts Of The Process Where Possible - Integration Of System Data With The University's Student Records System - Asis - Improved And Standardised Reporting Capabilities - Simplification And Improved Placements System Support - Staff Training, Change Management And Marketing - Improving The Student And Placement Provider Engagement And Experience Of The Process - Potential Integration With Other University Systems, E.g., Dynamics

To Provide An Effective Robing Service To Both Graduating Students And Staff Of The University Of Huddersfield At The Graduation Ceremonies Held At The Queensgate Campus In Huddersfield And Any Other Location As Determined By The University.
