The subject of the procurement is a complete lighting set for the phototrophic cultivation of cyanobacteria, specially adapted to our research questions. Cyanobacteria carry out photosynthesis and therefore require a light source. The light spectrum and the homogeneity of the illumination of the cultures have a decisive influence on growth rates, metabolic activity and cell stress. Therefore, expert planning and the use of adapted lighting concepts and light spectra are absolutely necessary. List of services: - Light sources for the cultivation of cyanobacteria in a cultivation shelf measuring W 140 XT 70 XH 80 cm - Illumination of 4 segments with a sunlight-like NS12 light spectrum - Illumination of a further 2 segments with a broadband red-blue light spectrum - Adaptation of the light sources for the cultivation of cyanobacteria in 24/7 operation, with simultaneous individual dimmability of the individual shelf compartments - Creation of a lighting concept for the intensity range 25 - 250 ?mol/m2/s to maximize the illumination homogeneity and minimize light pollution

This procedure involves the extension of the Wso2 subscription. Duration: December 22nd, 2024 - December 21st, 2025 The service listed in this procedure is for software and support procurement in order to upgrade the Wso2 system (on which the API manager and ESB run) to a current version and, if required, to request implementation support for the connection of additional services. The middleware (Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)) and API manager are used to connect different systems/servers/services in order to achieve a flow of information and data. Since services cannot be married directly to one another systematically because this would hinder or even prevent upgrades or the exchange of services, middleware is used. This implements interfaces from system A to the API manager and interfaces from system B to the API manager. In this way, the services are then connected to each other and it can be specifically configured which information is transferred in which direction and to which system.
