The subject of the procurement is a complete lighting set for the phototrophic cultivation of cyanobacteria, specially adapted to our research questions. Cyanobacteria carry out photosynthesis and therefore require a light source. The light spectrum and the homogeneity of the illumination of the cultures have a decisive influence on growth rates, metabolic activity and cell stress. Therefore, expert planning and the use of adapted lighting concepts and light spectra are absolutely necessary. The purpose of the procedure is to acquire a hyperspectral camera for observing vegetation and pebbles in riverbeds. Using the images, it will be possible to classify pebble and sediment types, derive grain size distributions and examine the material composition.
