The subject of the procedure is the procurement of a liquid scintillation counter, including installation, commissioning, instruction and training, for the operation of an isotope laboratory. The liquid scintillation counter is required for the measurement of beta-emitting radionuclides. Direct measurement without calibration should be possible for e.g. H-3, C-14, S-35, P-32, P-33, Ca-45.
