Provision Of Travel Management Services For The Uneca And Un Agencies In Addis Ababa & The United Nations Economic Commission For Africa (uneca), Wishes To Contract A Qualified Travel Management Agent For A Term Of 5years, As A Lead Agency, To Provide Travel Management Services To Uneca And Un Offices And Agencies Operationg In Ethiopia. The Contract Is Envisioned To Be A Long Term Agreement (lta) For A Term Of 5years. For The Twenty-four (24) Months Period Ending December 2018 The Total Expenditure For Tickets Exceeds Us$ 17,000,000.00 With Total Transactions Of 30,740 Tickets While The Domestic, Regional Africa And International Has 9%, 57% And 34% Market Share Respectively.the Un In Addis Ababa Is A Large Group And The Nature Of Business Demands Firm/s That Are In Sound Financial Standing And That Have Expert Industry Knowledge As Well As Experience In Handling Complex Requirements. However, The Un Does Not Guarantee Any Minimum Or Maximum Quantity Of Travel Service Purchases Under The The Envisioned Lta. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Providing All The Necessary Personnel, Supervision, Transport, Any Other Equipment, Material, Consumables, Supplies, And All Necessary Arrangements, To Ensure The Fulfilment Of Its Obligations Of The Contract For Its Entire Duration.
