The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission In The Democratic Republic Of The Congo (monusco), Seeks Expression Of Interest Eoi From Duly Registered Companies For The Provision Of Repair & Maintenance Material Handling Equipment To Monusco -drc And Entebbe-uganda 2. The Service Provider Is Required To Provide The Repair And Maintenance Services Which Shall Be Performed Regardless Of The Proximity Of A General Workshop Or Maintenance Facility, With Their Own Staff And Equipment In Each Of The Locations, To Perform Scheduled And Unscheduled Repair And Maintenance Service For Monusco Material Handling Equipment (forklifts), And Maintain Adequate Stock Of Spares, As May Be Required. 3. Monusco Will Undertake A Competitive Bidding Exercise Shortly And Accordingly Intends To Issue A Request For Proposal (rfp) To Those Companies Who Would Express Their Interest And Provide Relevant Information Demonstrating Their Ability To Fulfill Monusco Requirements. In Addition, The Interested Companies Shall Be Requested To Complete The Un Vendor Registration For Level 2 On The Vendor Database Accessible In Ungm (new Vendor Only). A Detail Specification Will Be Provided To Companies Shortlisted For Receipt Of The Documents. 4. Please Note That This Request For Eoi Is Not An Invitation For Submission Of Bid. 5. Monusco Reserves The Right In Selecting The Invitees For The Competitive Bidding Based On Substantial And Proven Records Of Performance In The Subject Field Of Activities.
