Background Who Has Been Supporting The Government To Roll Out A Provincial Training On Covid-19 And Develop Tools For District Level Training. Further Support Is Needed To Field-test, Assess And Make Necessary Revision Of The Module Before National Roll Out. Building On The Government’ National Dissemination Of The Revised Mch Handbook And Given The Circumstances Of The Covid-19 Pandemic, A Training Module Of Mch Handbook Focusing On Safe Provision Of Essential Rmncah Services And Covid Awareness For Health Centres Needs To Be Developed And Field-tested For Further Nation-wide Rollout.   Purpose/specific Objective Of The Activity To Support The Government In The Field Testing Of District Level Training On Covid And Develop A Field-tested Health Centre Training Tool On Mch Handbook With Emphasis On Safe Provision Of Essential Rmncah Services.   Description Of Activities To Be Carried Out • Drafting Material • Conduct Tots   Methods To Carry Out The Activity • Meeting With Government And Partner To Agree On Material Contents • Assessing Field Tests   Qualifications & Experience Education Essential:   • Education In Medicine, Midwifery Or Nursing Experience Essential: • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Working Experience In Mother And Newborn Child Health • Experience In Training Health Workers In Lao Pdr Technical Skills & Knowledge • Knowledge Of The Covid 19 Training In Lao And Mch Handbook • Knowledge Of The Lao Health System • Training Skills Languages • English Is Required. Fluency In Lao Language And Ability To Read Lao Is Highly Appreciated.
