Unodc Desde Hace Más De 20 Años Trabaja En El Pais Con El Proposito De Apoyar Al Gobierno De Colombia, El Sector Privado Y La Sociedad Civil, Para Generar Conocimiento Sobre El Alcance Y Las Tendencias De La Problemática De Las Drogas Y El Delito, Apoyar La Implementación De Las Convenciones Internacionales Sobre La Materia, Orientar Políticas Y Estrategias Nacionales De Lucha Contra Las Drogas Y El Delito Y Desarrollar Capacidades Nacionales Para Enfrentar Y Prevenir La Producción, El Tráfico, El Abuso De Drogas Y Otras Manifestaciones Del Crimen Organizado. Para Cumplir Su Mandato, Unodc Desarrolla Varios Proyectos En Diferentes Ciudades, Siendo La Oficina De Bogotá Un Punto Estrategico Para Promover Y Mostrar Los Resultados De Cada Uno De Los Proyectos. 3. La Presente Solicitud De Expresión De Interes Se Hace A Proveedores Que Cuenten Con La Capacidad Para Ofrecer Los Servicios Mencionados A Unodc, Mediante Un Contrato Por Un Periodo De Hasta Un Año. 4.tener En Cuenta Que Este Documento No Es Un Llamado A Licitación/solicitud De Cotizacion. El Propósito De Este Documento Es Identificar Empresas Que Estarían Interesadas En Participar En La Licitación Cuando Se Emita Y Si Son Invitadas A La Licitación Manejada Por Parte De Unodc. 5. La Documentación Del Lllamado A Licitación (itb) Incluirá Instrucciones Completas Para La Presentación De Ofertas, Términos De Referencia (tdrs) Y Todos Los Documentos Técnicos Y De Otro Tipo Necesarios Para Demostrar Plenamente El Alcance Del Requisito. 6. Los Proveedores Interesados En Participar En La Licitacion Deben (obligatoriamente) Estar Registrados En El Nivel Básico En Ungm (www.ungm.org) Para Poder Ser Considerados Para Su Inclusión En La Lista De Invitados Para Este Requisito. Sin Embargo, Para Ser Considerados Para La Adjudicación, Es Posible Que Se Requiera Que Los Proveedores Completen Su Registro En El Nivel 1. Las Instrucciones Relevantes Sobre Los Requisitos De Registro En Ungm Se Compartirán Con Todos Los Proveedores Participantes. Empresa Legalmente Constituida. 7.2. Experiencia De Al Menos Tres (3) Contratos Con Emprersas En Los Que Se Hayan Suministrado Los Servicios Requeridos En El Titulo De Esta Eoi . 7.3. Tener Las Certificaciones Y Permisos Necesario Para La Prestación Del Servicio En Colombia. 8. Unodc Rocol Se Reserva El Derecho De Cambiar O Cancelar El Requisito En Cualquier Momento Durante El Eoi Y/o Proceso De Solicitud. Unodc Has Been Working In The Country For More Than 20 Years With The Purpose Of Supporting The Government Of Colombia, The Private Sector And Civil Society, To Generate Knowledge On The Scope And Trends Of The Drug And Crime Problem, To Support The Implementation Of International Conventions On The Subject, To Guide National Policies And Strategies To Combat Drugs And Crime And To Develop National Capacities To Confront And Prevent The Production, Trafficking, Abuse Of Drugs And Other Manifestations Of Organized Crime. To Fulfill Its Mandate, Unodc Develops Several Projects In Different Cities, With The Bogotá Office Being A Strategic Point To Promote And Show The Results Of Each Of The Projects. 3. This Request For Expression Of Interest Is Made To Suppliers Who Have The Capacity To Offer The Above Services To Unodc, Through A Contract For A Period Of Up To One Year. 4. Please Note That This Document Is Not A Call For Bids/request For Quotation. The Purpose Of This Document Is To Identify Companies That Would Be Interested In Participating In The Bidding When It Is Issued And If They Are Invited To The Bidding Handled By Unodc. 5. The Invitation To Bid (itb) Documentation Shall Include Full Instructions For The Submission Of Bids, Terms Of Reference (tors) And All Technical And Other Documents Necessary To Fully Demonstrate The Scope Of The Requirement. 6. Suppliers Interested In Participating In The Tender Must (mandatorily) Be Registered At The Basic Level At Ungm (www.ungm.org) In Order To Be Considered For Inclusion In The Guest List For This Requirement. However, In Order To Be Considered For Adjudication, Providers May Be Required To Complete Their Level 1 Registration. Unodc Rocol Reserves The Right To Change Or Cancel The Requirement At Any Time During The Eoi And/or Application Process. Therefore, Submitting A Response To This Request For Expression Of Interest (reoi) Does Not Automatically Guarantee That Your Company Will Receive The Invitation To Participate In The Invitation To Bid (itb).
