Master Plan For The Renovation Upgrade Of The United Nations Compound In Jerusalem Preliminary Architectural And Engineering Consultancy 2024 & The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (untso) Intends To Engage The Services Of A Qualified Contractor In The Successful Completion And Execution Of A Master Plan For The Renovation & Upgrade Of The United Nations Compound In Jerusalem. The Initial Phase Is To Solicit A Preliminary Architectural And Engineering Consultancy For The Untso Hq Compound Located In Jerusalem, Israel. The Intent Of The Project Shall Be Carried Out As Per The Following: To Provide Comprehensive Design Services For The Renovation Of Untso Compound Including All Main Architecture And Engineering Components [concept, Detail Schemes Per Zone/building By Implementation Stage] By Incorporating The Output From The Preceding Seismic Evaluation The Bidders Are Expected To: - Design And Provide Facilities, Materials/items In Compliance With Local Codes, Rules, Regulations, And Ordinances Standards. - All Work, Materials And Supplies Provided During The Execution Of This Contract Will Be In Full Compliance With The Provision Of Local Laws And Regulation. - All Works Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Relevant Local Standards And Codes Of Practices. - In The Case Of Any Inconsistencies Among The Documents That Will Constitut The Bid And/or The Provisions Of The Agreement Shall Have Precedence And Thereafter Its Annexes In The Order Below: A.
