Provision Of Revamping Of Two Floors Including Hvac Upgrade & The The United Nations Economic And Social Commission For Western Asia (unescwa) Is Seeking The Professional Services Of An Experienced Contracting Firm For The Execution Of Revamping Of A Designated Area In The Parking Space At The B1 Level Into A New Warehouse And Renovating The Storage Rooms In B1. The Objective Is To Create A New Warehouse With Proper And Efficient Use That Will Ease The Storing Procedure. The Work Is Based On A New Architectural Design With An Upgraded Electromechanical System Suitable For The New Function Of The Area. . The Civil And Architectural Works Include Constructing And Demolishing Block Wall Partitions, Treating The Floor And Applying Epoxy Paint, Painting The Walls And Ceiling, And Refurbishing The Existing Doors In The Existing Rooms. Also, The Generator Room Currently Located At B1 Should Be Demolished And The Generator Should Be Relocated To The Gf Next To The Existing Generators. The Electrical Works Include Supplying And Installing Led Lighting Fixtures With Motion Sensors, The Required Power And Data Connections, Cameras, Access Control Systems, Fire Suppression And Public Address Systems. The Mechanical Works Include Supplying And Installing A New Hvac System For The Warehouse Consisting Of Vrv Indoor And Outdoor Units. Firms That Express Interest Will Be Invited To Participate In The Solicitation Document Which Will Be Based On A Detailed Scope Of Work, Un General Conditions Of Contracts And Other Related Requirements And Documents.
