Démantèlement, Évacuation Et Manutention De Matériaux Et D’installations Techniques & En Français :‎ L’office Des Nations Unies À Genève (onug) Souhaite Recevoir Des Manifestations D’intérêt ‎‎‎pour Un Appel ‎d'offres Qu'il A L'intention De Lancer Pour La Fourniture De Travaux De Démantèlement, Évacuation Et Manutention De Matériaux Et D’installations Techniques Au Palais Des Nations Et Ses Annexes Pour L’office Des Nations Unies À Genève (onug), Suisse. Les Travaux À Exécuter Entre 2025 Et 2030 Ne Sont Pas Encore Définis Et Feront L’objet De Demandes De Devis Au Cas Par Cas. De Ce Fait, La Durée De Chacun Des Travaux, Ainsi Que Le Planning D’exécution, Seront Fixés Avant Chaque Commande Et Le Contractant Devra Intervenir À La Demande De L’onug Après Acceptation Des Devis. Les Travaux À Réaliser Seront Le Démantèlement Et L’élimination De Matériaux Et Équipements Hors Du Site De L’onug Ainsi Que La Manutention, Tels Que (liste Non Exhaustive): - Tous Types De Tuyauteries Nues Et Isolées Ainsi Que Les Supports Et Colliers ; - Des Réseaux De Gaines De Ventilation Et Climatisation, Nus Ou Isolés Ainsi Que Les Supports ; - Des Moteurs, Pompes, Circulateurs, Servomoteurs ; - Des Monoblocs De Ventilation Et Climatisation Ainsi Que Leurs Supports Et Fixations ; - Des Chaudières, Citernes ; - La Manutention Et L’introduction De Divers Équipements Et Matériels De Tous Poids Et De Tous Volumes. Une Visite Obligatoire Sur Site Aura Lieu Au Palais Des Nations Le But Est D'établir Un Contrat Pour Une Durée Initiale De Trois (3) Ans Avec Deux (2) Options De Prolongation D’une Durée De Une (1) Année Chacune, Sous Réserve De L’exécution Satisfaisante Du Contrat Par Le Contractant Et De La Disponibilité Des Budgets De L’onug, Soit Cinq (5) Ans Maximum. The Works To Be Carried Out Between 2025 And 2030 Have Not Yet Been Defined And Will Be Subject To Requests For Quotes On A Case-by-case Basis. As A Result, The Duration Of Each Of The Works, As Well As The Execution Schedule, Will Be Set Before Each Order And The Contractor Wil Have To Intervene At The Request Of Unog After Acceptance Of The Quotes. The Works To Be Carried Out Will Be The Dismantling And Disposal Of Materials And Equipment Outside The Unog Site As Well As Handling, Such As (non-exhaustive List): - All Types Of Bare And Insulated Piping As Well As Supports And Clamps; - Bare Or Insulated Ventilation And Air Conditioning Duct Networks As Well As Supports; - Motors, Pumps, Circulators, Servomotors; - Ventilation And Air Conditioning Monoblocs As Well As Their Supports And Fixings; - Boilers, Tanks; - Handling And Introduction Of Various Equipment And Materials Of All Weights And Volumes. A Mandatory Site Visit Will Take Place At The Palais Des Nations The Aim Is To Establish A Contract For An Initial Period Of Three (3) Years With Two (2) Options For Extension Of One (1) Year Each, Subject To Satisfactory Execution Of The Contract By The Contractor And The Availability Of Unog Budgets, I.e. A Maximum Of Five (5) Years.
