Provision Of Renewable Energy At Minusca Sites In The Central African Republic & The United Nations Multidimensional Mission In Central African Republic ( Minusca) Seeks To Identify Potential Service Providers As Follows: 1.1 Capacities Of Service Providers In Relation The Project: A- Financing B-construction C- Operation And Maintenance Of Renewable Power Plants 1.2 Potential Locations: Bouar, Bria, Bambari, Bangassou, Bossangoa, Birao, Kagabandoro, Sibut, Ndele 1.3 Energy Requirement: Ttoal 18 Gwh Per Year For The Nine (9) Locations 1.4 Proposed Agreement Type: Power Purchase Agreement, Which May Include Sale Of Electricity To Minusca At An All-inclusive Fee In Us$/kwh. 2. Mandatory Requirements: A- Government Authorizations/permits/licences To Perform The Above Services In The Territory Of Central African Republic For A Projected Period Of Five (5) Years 3- Positive Legacy: A- Provision Of Energy Related Vocational Training Services To Local Communities B- Connecting Local Businesses, Schools, Hospitals, Government Buildings And Other Public And Private Institutions C-establishing Partnerships To Ensure Continued Operations And Provision Of Power Beyond The Existence Of The Minusca Mission.
