1. The United Nations Peacekeeping Force In Cyprus (unficyp) Intends To Conduct A Competitive Solicitation Exercise For The Provision Of Cleaning Services For Kitchen Ventilation Hoods, Vents And Fan Exhaust Systems. The Requirement Is For Cleaning Services Every Six (6) Months, Or Twice A Year Basis. 2. There Are Ten (10) Extraction Flue/chimneys Which Serve Industrial Kitchens At Unficyp Various Locations. The Contractor Shall Provide All Labour And Materials Including Cleaning Products And Personal Protective Equipment, To Perform The Services And On Completion Of The Services, Remove All Waste Materials From The Unficyp Location. 3. The Resulting Contract Shall Be For An Initial Period Of Three (3) Years. Unficyp May, At Its Sole Option, Extend The Initial Term Of The Contract, Under The Same Terms And Conditions, For A Maximum Of Two (2) Additional Periods Of Up To One-year Each. The Resulting Contract Is Anticipated To Commence Within The Second Quarter Of 2021. 4. Interested Vendors Shall Have At Least Three (3) Years' Experience In The Provision Of Cleaning Of Kitchen Ventilation Hoods, Vents And Fan Exhaust Systems. 5. In This Regard Unficyp Would Like To Identify Vendors That Would Be Interested To Participate In The Competitive Solicitation Exercise.
