In Order To Successfully Provide Its Mandate In The Above 5 Fields Of Operations (jordan, Lebanon, Syria, West Bank And Gaza), Unrwa Is Seeking For Qualified And Professional Companies To Supply, Maintain And Provide Support Services For The Supplied Computer Hardware Unrwa Intends To Establish A Contractual Relationship With The Successful Vendor (s) For A Period Of 3 Years With An Option To Extend The Contract(s) For 2 Additional One-year Periods (3+1+1) The Bidder Must Be Either The Manufacturer Of Personal Computers, Or An Authorized Partner Of Manufacturers, With The Ability To Execute On A Global Basis And Have Strong And Consistent Support & Maintenance Services Capabilities In Unrwa’s Areas Of Operations And Provide Necessary Proof In Its Bid. Awarding The Subject Requirement To A Single Contractor With The Same Computer Brand Proposed For Unrwa’s Field Operations Is The Preferred Option To Ensure Consistency Of Models At Agency Level And Enable A More Effective Contract Management. Unrwa Still Reserves The Right To Split The Awards Should This Be Justified For Commercial Reasons.
