“consultancy For The Management Of The Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health (asrh), Development Impact Bond (dib) Programme” & Unfpa Requires The Provision Of Technical Consultancy Services For The Management Of The Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health (asrh) Development Impact Bond (dib) For A Duration Of 24months Effective, From 01 April 2024 To 01 April 2026. The Task Will Entail Inter Alia: Supporting The Overall Management Of The Dib Including Ensuring Compliance To Set Contractual Obligations Supporting The Implementation Of The Dib Financial Model Including Computation Of Outcome Payments And Negotiation Of Payment Thresholds, Where Necessary Supporting Resource Mobilization For The Second Phase Of The Dib Providing Any Other Management Support To The Programme As And When Needed Unfpa Kenya, On Behalf Of The Jp Partners Is Therefore Inviting Eligible Organizations / Institutions To Submit Proposals To Support The Overall Management Of The Dib Including Ensuring Compliance To Set Contractual Obligations; Computation Of Outcome Payments Including Negotiation Of Payment Thresholds Where Necessary; Fundraising For The Second Phase Of The Programme; And Provision Of Any Other Management Support That May Be Required. This Consultancy Will Inter-phase With An Ongoing Consultancy For Provision Of Dib Evaluation Services.
