Vendors Are Required To Register On The Ungm Vendor Portal And Submit Quotations Following The Rfq Guidelines And Required Form On Company's Letterhead To The Secured Email Address: Unfpangprocurement@unfpa.org Only. The Rfq Can Be Found On The Document Tab Of This Tender Notice. Clarifications Are Welcome Via Email. Overall Objective The Objective Of The Rfq Is To Identify A Supplier Who Can Provide Unfpa With All Or Part Of The Above Mentioned Products. The Selected Vendor Is Expected To Provide Such Products, Based On Specific Purchase Orders Submitted To The Vendor. A Separate Contract For Professional Services Will Be Signed For The Lease option And The Servicing/maintenance Provision Only For One-year Renewable Up To 4 Years’ Period.
