The Proposals Must Be Received By The Latest 29th March 2024, Friday, On Or Before 17:00 Hrs (gmt-4.00 Eastern Time). Proposals Received After The Stipulated Date And Time Will Not Be Valid. Due To The Nature Of This Rfp, There Will Be No Public Opening Of The Proposals. Full Proposals Must Be Submitted In English And Must Be Received Not Later Than The Closure Date And Time As Duly Signed, Stamped, And Dated. Must Include At The End Of Proposal Evidence Of Similar Services Provided In The Past Or Currently; Include A Maximum Of Two (2) Examples Showcasing Company Expertise In The Areas Outlined In This Terms Or Reference.  One Email For Financial Proposal* (detailed Budget Stipulating All-inclusive Fees) *financial Proposal To Be Issued Exclusive Of Antigua And Barbuda 15% Sales Tax (abst)/vat In Accordance With Unicef’s Basic Cooperation Agreement With The Government Of Antigua And Barbuda. Financial Proposals Will Only Be Used When An Offer Is Evaluated Technically Accepted And Therefore, Eligible For Opening Of The Financial Proposals.
