Introduction  Unicef Zambia Is Seeking To Contract A Qualified Institution Or Joint Venture Of Institutions For Consultancy Services For The ; Design And Development Of Integrated, Harmonized Monitoring And Evaluation System Including Web-based Management Information System For The Scaling Up Nutrition (sun-ii) Programme In Zambia Purpose  The Purpose Of The Consultancy Is Three-fold: 1.       To Develop A National And Sub-national Integrated, Harmonized, Interoperable And Accessible Web-based Nutrition Management Information System For The Scaling Up Nutrition (sun-ii) Programme, Which Will Facilitate Evidence-based Actions And Advocacy At All Levels In Zambia. 2.       Support The Development Of Beneficiary Registry To Facilitate Monitoring Of Convergence Of Multisectoral Interventions In The Sun Households. The Purpose Is To Provide Government Line Ministry, Nfnc And Unicef Staff With M&e Tools To Effectively Monitor Programme Progress And Achievement, Adjust The Targeting Or Approach And To Provide Evaluations At The End Of Programme With Sufficient Information To Assess The Programme Performance.
