Unicef Viet Nam Is Seeking A Professional Consultancy Team For An Assignment Named Survey And Formative Evaluation Of The Integrated Early Childhood Development (iecd) Programme In Viet Nam. Purpose: (i) Collect Data On The Iecd 'program’s Situation In A Qualitative And Quantitative Manner Based On Of The Benchmark Indicators And To (ii) Evaluate The' Program's Effectiveness, Efficiency, Scalability, And Sustainability.
