The Purpose Of This Request For Proposal (rfp) Is To Enter Into A Contractual Agreement With Successful Bidder(s) And Select Suitable Consultant To Manage The Overall Implementation Of And Deliver A Global Business Management System Platform For Unaids. Unaids Is Currently Using Who’s Erp Management System (called Gsm In Who). The Erp System Consists Of The Following Main Module - Programme/project Management, Finance, Procurement, Travel, Human Resource Management And Award Management. Who Will Be Replacing The Current Erp (or Gsm In Who Terminology) With A More Modern And More Flexible System, To Be Named The Business Management System (bms). To Avoid Confusion, Unaids Will Also Adopt The Name Bms When Referring To The New Management System. The Consultant Will Be Responsible For Simultaneously Managing The Triple Constraint Of Scope, Time, And Resources And Shall Report Regularly To The Unaids Bms Working Group On The Status Of The Projects. Work To Be Performed The Project For Which We Are Contracting A Senior Project Manager Is The Overall Adoption By Unaids Of Who’s Bms Platforms And All The Required Aspects To Ensure Success. Through The Coordination Of Selected Stakeholders, The Senior Project Manager’s Deliverables Include. 1.support The Unaids Integration Of Process, Data, And Content Between Related Systems. 2. Oversee The Project Implementation. 3. In Conjunction With The Unaids Bms Working Group And Internal Communications Teams Confirm, Communicate, And Continuously Promote The Project Vision. 4. Prepare The Sequencing Of Project Activities/timeline, Milestones And Monitoring Any Deviations From The Plans. 5. Work With Relevant Unaids Stakeholders To Analyse Any Deviations From Standard Business Processes And Seek Approval From Senior Management For Any Customizations (diversions From Standard Processes) Including The Implications Of Resulting Recurring Costs. 6. Review Of The Project’s Progress On But Not Limited To: O Service Delivery O Benefits O Costs Optimization Realization O Risks 7. Ensure Inclusion In Project Activities Of Relevant Staff From Countries, Regions, And Hq. 8. Provide Progress Reporting To The Unaids Senior Leadership Team And Bms Working Group. 9. Liaise With Who Bms Project Team To Ensure Full Participation Of Unaids In All Relevant Aspects Of The Project.
