The Office Of The United Nations High Commissioner For Refugees (unhcr), Sub Office In Ethiopia, Shire, Invites Qualified Transportation Companies To Make A Firm Offer For The Establishment Of A One -year Service Contract For The Provision Of Transport Services For The Relocation Of Refugees From Adi Akaiy/mai Tsabri / Mai Aini Or Adi Harush Camps. Unhcr May Award A Service Contract With Initial Duration Of 1 (one Years). Potentially Extendable For A Further Period Of 1 (one) Year, Upon Satisfactory Evaluation Of Performance. The Total Estimated Requirements For The Provision Of Transportation Is To Provide A Daily Fleet And The Transportation Of The Total Of 18,000 Pocs From Adi Akaiy/mai Tsabri /mai Aini And Adi Hurush Camps To Debat Town As Per The Description Of Service Attached Annex G . Please Note That Figures Have Been Stated In Order To Enable Bidders To Have An Indication Of The Above Projected Requirements. It Does Not Represent A Commitment That Unhcr Will Purchase The Above Estimated Number Of Services By The End Of The Contract. Quantities May Vary And Will Depend On The Actual Requirements And Funds Available Regulated By Issuance Of Individual Purchase Order Against The Service Contract.
