Since The Covid-19 Outbreak At The End Of January 2020, The Government Of Viet Nam Has Taken Decisive Steps To Curb The Disease.  Communication Has Greatly Contributed To Successfully Containing Covid-19. In Consultation With Who, Undp Has Collaborated With The Department Of Communication, Emulation And Commendation, Ministry Of Health To Expand Communication Outreach Activities To Ethnic Minority, People With Disability Communities, And The General Public. As Viet Nam Moved To A New Phase Of Covid-fight And Disease Prevention – Continued Implementation Of Measures To Prevent And Control The Pandemic, Double Strikes Of Diseases  While Developing The Economy. Building On The Success Of Two Communication Campaigns, Undp And Moh Plan To Organize Communication Activities In Ha Giang Province, Targeting Ethnic Minority Household Businesses So They Can Recover From Covid-19 And Build Forward Better, While Keeping Safe For Themselves And The Communities At Large. Undp And Moh Are Therefore Looking For A Communication Company To Deliver A Communication Package. The Objective Of This Assignment Is To Provide A Communication Package On Disease Prevention, Especially, Covid-19 Prevention For Ethnic Minority Household Businesses, Especially Woman-headed Ones In Ha Giang Province In The New Normal Context – Effectively Preventing The Disease While Recovering Production And Services To Build Forward Better. The Selection Will Be Based On A Competitive Basis And Will Comply With Undp Procurement Regulations.
