Individual Consultancy: Gender Equality And Inclusion Officer (1) & Under The Direct Supervision Of The Gender Lead, Gender Equality And Inclusion Officer Will Be Responsible For The Following Functions And Tasks: • Provide Strategic Policy Advice And Support For The Development And Implementation Of The Administration Of Criminal Justice Act (acja, 2015). • Facilitate Inter-governmental Cooperation And Foster Partnerships With Key Stakeholders. • Conduct Observatory Analysis To Inform Decision-making Processes. • Enhance Communication And Information Dissemination On Acja 2015 Policies. • Conduct A Comprehensive Observatory Of Kps Around The Acja, 2015. • Observe Compliance With The Acja 2015 Provisions Related To Gender Equality, Kps And The Rights. • Identify Gaps And Challenges In The Protection Of Kps Within The Criminal Justice System. • Develop And Implement Monitoring Tools To Ensure Adherence To The Acja. • Support /facilitate Capacity Strengthening For Relevant Stakeholders On Gender Equality, Justice, And Inclusion For Kps. • Advocate For Policy Changes And Institutional Reforms To Protect Kps. • Produce Periodic Reports On The Status Of Compliance And Provide Actionable Recommendations Duty Station: Abuja, Nigeria      Period Of Assignment/services: 100 Days Within 12 Months   Proposal Should Be Submitted Directly In The Portal No Later Than The Deadline Stated On Quantum.
