The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: 7 Years of past experience required for same/similar service. 2. Years of Past Experience: The bidder must have experience for a number of years of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 7 Years (experience) - 75 (minimum passing technical marks) - 100 (maximum marks for technical criteria compliance) - 25 percent (for increasing or decreasing contract quantity or contract duration) - 15% of margin of purchase preference /price band The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC) 3. Additional Doc 2 (Requested in ATC) 4. Additional Doc 3 (Requested in ATC) 5. Additional Doc 4 (Requested in ATC) 6. Undertaking of Competent Authority 7. Integrity Pact 8. Regulatory/Statutory Compliance of Service 9. Compliance of Service to SOW, STC, SLA etc Note: The bidder should have provided similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU, and the bidder must be the Service provider of the offered Service. Relevant documentary evidence in this regard shall be uploaded along with the bid in respect of the offered service.
