Only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy The Government Requirements For Cv-22 Ofp Builds And Development, Field Service Support, Engineering Analysis Addressing Silent Knight Radars (skr) Integration Issued Onto Fixed Wing Aircraft, And Maintenance Of Skr Test Assets. The Estimated Award Of The Modification Is Scheduled For Fourth Quarter Fy24. This Notice Is Not A Request For Competitive Proposals; However, All Responsible Sources May Submit A Capability Statement Or An Exception To The Government's Intent To Purchase On A Sole Source Basis, Which Shall Be Considered By The Government If Received Within Seven (7) Days Of This Notice. Information Received Will Normally Be Considered Solely For The Purpose Of Determining Whether To Conduct A Competitive Procurement.
