The Work Includes But Is Not Limited To; Project Mobilization And Demobilization, Project Management And Oversite, Demolition And Construction Of Items Described Below, Quality Control, Cleanup, And Removal Of All Debris And Waste Generated During Performance Of The Work.show Pool Shelters Replacement And Site Restoration:all Work Associated With Demolishing An Existing Wood Framed Picnic Shelter And Concrete Slab, Constructing A New Picnic Shelter And Concrete Slab, Repairing An Existing Fireplace And Chimney, Relocating An Existing Wood Kiosk, Constructing Concrete Parking Areas, Picnic Table Pad, And Sidewalks, Constructing A Gravel Trail, Seeding, And Miscellaneous Site Improvements.this Requirement Is Being Procured In Accordance With Far Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
