(a) All Coaches Are To Be Sold Without 20 Nos. Wheel Sets Complete Alongwith Roller Bearing ,06 Nos.serviceable Bogie Against Srl No.(01-02 Nos. Both Bogies Are Serviceable), (03-02 Nos. Both Bogies Are Serviceable), (04-01no. End-1) And (05-01 No. End-2) With Complete Fittings, Biotanks And Other Excluded Fittings As Per Latest Excluded Fitting List No.m2/c-19/excluded Fittings/coach/1271 Dt.13.09.2018. (b) The Coaches Are To Be Sold With 04 Nos.unserviceable Bogies Without Excluded Fittings. Against Srl No: 2 - 02 Nos. Srl 4- 01no. Srl 5- 01 No. Nb[2]: Special Condition For Rolling Stock- A) All Excluded Materials Including Wheel Sets And Bogie, If Any, Are To Be Handed Over By The Purchaser At The Specified Location For Which The Purchaser Have To Arrange Labour/tools/ Equipment For Loading Of The Excluded Items From Cutting Site And Then Transport It To Specified Location By Their Own Arrangement/vehicle. They Have To Unload And Stack The Excluded Materials By Their Own Arrangement Including Labours And Hand Over The Same To: -(i) Sse 27-28, Bogies, Coil Spring, Screw Coupling, Buffer Sets Etc. (ii) Sse-19,wheel Sets. (iii) Sse-30, Dv, Aux Reservoir, Cr, Common Pipe Bracket, Alu. Water Tank, Bmbc, Etc. (iv) Sse-25, Bio Toilet. (v) Sse-51 Battery, Fan, Alternator, Etc. (vi) Sse-55 (all Ac Items) To Hand Over To Concern Stock Holder With Clear Acknowledgement. The Delivery Of Cut Pieces Of Last 10 Percent Of Lot Size (subject To Minimum Of 01 No. Rolling Stock) Will Commence Only When All Excluded Fittings Arisen Out Of Sold Lot Has Been Successfully Handed Over To Custodian. B). Delivery Witnessing Official Will Ensure That Such Nil Value Items Has Been Cleared By Purchaser Before Taking Cut Pieces Of Last 10 Percent Of Lot Size (subject To Minimum Of 01 No. Rolling Stock) Delivery Witnessing Official Will Record Following Certificate On Sale Delivery Register "purchaser Clear All Nil Value Items Arisen After Cutting Of Sold Rolling Stock And There Is No Left Over Available At Cutting Site (c) The Rolling Stock May Either Be On The Cutting Line Or Grounded And May Or May Not Have Trolley/wheel Set Attached But The Purchaser Needs To Shift To Concerned Location As Advised By Concerned Sse. Nb:-[3] Serviceable 06 Nos. Of Bogies With Complete Fittings And 20 Nos. Wheel Sets Complete Along With Roller Bearing, Biotanks And Other Excluded Fittings Are To Be Handed Over By The Purchaser At Specified Location As Advised By Concerned Sse At Kgp/ws Nb: (4) The Firm Shall Follow All Rules Regarding The Loading Of Vehicle As Per Rto /statuary Bodies Governed Time To Time. Railway Will Not Be Responsible Any Breach Of Rules During Loading / Transportation Done By The Purchaser. Nb:[5] Delivery Will Be Given In Numbers. Nb:[6] The Purchaser Is Required To Take Adequate Safety Measures So That No Railway Property Is Near Vicinity Of The Cutting Spot Is Damaged In Any Way. The Purchaser Will Be Responsible For Any Damage/fire Accident To The Railway Property Caused During Operation And Delivery. And The Purchaser Will Be Solely Responsible Of Any Loss Applied ( Railway Employee Or Any Other Person) Caused Due To Any Activities Involved While Dismantling /cutting, Of The Coaches, Transportation Loading And Unloading Of All Excluded Fittings Of The Coaches . Including Wheel Sets And Trolleys.

Description: Public tender (service) Conception of the Rheingau guest card Conception of the Rheingau guest card Initial situation / task In particular since the Rheingau-wide tourism contribution was collected in 2021, there has been a desire to introduce a guest card. This should ideally include the use of public transport. The aim is to develop a digital version that meets the requirements of the service providers as well as the processing and billing bodies. The guest card should offer options for flexibility and be easy to use for the guest and the service providers. The ongoing costs of the system must also be taken into account. The contents and offers of the guest card should be able to be stored flexibly and adapted to time at any time so that supply can be linked to demand. Service contents Kick-off workshop Preparation, implementation and processing of results of an exploratory workshop (kick-off) Basic conception Development of a basic conception, at the end of which a statement is made as to whether the introduction of a guest card can be sensible and viable: - Analysis phase - Content conception of the card model - Creation of the calculation and billing model - Technical conception of the necessary processes - First exploratory service provider discussions - Consolidation of all findings and final feasibility assessment including recommendation of costs Technical implementation process - Definition of content for the contract drafting (accommodation providers/acceptance partners) - Creation of a technical specification as the basis for a tender or request for offers from technical card system service providers - Implementation support for the technical implementation process - Training/qualification of the client/card operator Calculation of a revenue claim for the public transport services in a guest card - Online survey, weighting and extrapolation of the survey data for representative determination The mobility behavior of overnight guests (transportation methods, on-site mobility, frequency of use, guest structure, travel behavior) - Traffic analysis: Evaluation of travel distances from the data on mobility in Germany for leisure traffic and spatial types, intersection with local tariffs and modeling of the proportional ticket mix, flat-rate analysis of the public transport offer level with locations according to connection quality, classification of the results in terms of traffic planning - Revenue claim / calculation model: Data analysis and processing, creation of calculation model and project-specific adjustments, scenario calculation based on changes in important influencing parameters (3 scenarios), comparison and comparison with similar projects in Germany, preparation of results and derivation of recommendations - Project management: Content coordination with project stakeholders This results in the following advantages / the following result: - Secure and comprehensible recommendation for a revenue claim per overnight stay - More planning security and cost-effectiveness of the guest card - Transparency for everyone involved in the guest card and mobility - More knowledge about the mobility behavior of our guests - Success control for the offer of free sustainable mobility in your destination - scope for negotiations on further improvements to the offer of sustainable holiday mobility Suitability and award criteria Naming of the project team that would take on the processing of the project, stating the professional qualifications The award criteria and their weighting are determined as follows: 1.
