The Transportation Security Administration (tsa), Canine Training Center (ctc) Seeks To Establish A Contractual Relationship With A Partner To Provide Classes Which Are Versed In Canine Performance Related To Screening Of People And Operational Use Of Canines. The Potential Vendor Must Be Considered A Subject Matter Expert (sme) In Explosives Detection Canines (edc) And Person-borne Improvised Explosive Device (pbied) Detection Canine Training And Conduct Routine Lecture-based And Field-based In Edc And Pbied Canine Training. There Will Be Four-day Long Classes That Shall Occur Four Times Per Calendar Year.
