This Request For Proposals (the “rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Corporation Of The Town Of The Blue Mountains (the “town”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Engineering Services For Aspen Way Prv Replacement, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (appendix B) (the “deliverables”). The Town Is Soliciting Proposals To Engage A Qualified Engineering Firm To Provide Consulting Services For The Final Design And Project Management For The Replacement Of The Aspen Way Pressure Reducing Valve (and Chamber).  The Aspen Way Prv Was Installed In The Mid 1980s And Is Due For Replacement.
