The Town Of Okotoks (the Town) Is Seeking Proposals From Experienced And Qualified Consultants To Provide Engineering Services For The Replacement Of The Existing Deep Utility Infrastructure And Subsequent Rehabilitation Of Road Pavement Structure In North-west Heritage Okotoks (refer To Figure 1: Martin Avenue/ Crescent Road West / Elma Street West (laneway)/ Laudan Avenue And Elizabeth Street West). The Successful Proponent (the “consultant”) Will Be Responsible For The Design/engineering, Preparation Of Procurement Scope (rfp Document, Specifications, Drawings, Etc.), Construction Administration, Quality Assurance Services And Project Close Out. Engineering And Design Work Will Be Completed In 2024 And Construction Work Is Anticipated To Be Completed Over Two Construction Seasons In 2025 And 2026. The Phases Of Construction Will Be Finalized Once The Project Scope Has Been Finalized.
